In these changing times, we want to be prepared to serve you the way you want to be served. The earlier you make an appointment, the better equipped we are to adhere to your needs.

HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT:

There are 4 easy ways to make an appointment:

1. Call your rep

3. Email your rep

4. Make an appointment online

You can find your rep’s contact information on the ‘Find your Rep’ section of our website.

“Usually, for me, the phone is the best way to make an appointment,” Hernandez said.

If you choose to contact your rep, calling to set an appointment is preferred over emailing; whereas you may have a thread of 5 emails modifying your appointment, you can confirm details faster within a simple phone call.

HOW CAN YOU PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT?

I’d make a plan,” Hernandez said. “Make a plan with what you need to look at and what you want to look at.”

  • Review your catalogs so your rep can plan accordingly.

“When you make an appointment, it helps us with the food,” Hernandez said. “They’re tired, we’re tired, and we all need something to eat and drink. If they tell me they’re coming, we know how much food to have prepared for them.”
