OUR STORY
Since our first July market in Atlanta in 1985, the company has seen substantial growth and several acquisitions. What started as The Southern Link, Inc. is now The Link Companies, consisting of 90+ salespeople in 8 unique agencies covering 32 states.

In 2020, brothers Fred and Brad Rosenkampff, sold the family business to the employees, and the Link Companies became an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership). In doing this, the brothers ensured growth and continued success for the business and the employees for many (many) years to come while keeping day-to-day operations the same.


TEN AGENCIES UNDER ONE UMBRELLA
​The Link Companies operates as the umbrella organization for ten distinct sales agencies, including The Southern Link, Link 2 Sales, The Mid-Atlantic Link, The Northern Link, The Central Link, Rocky Mountain Link, Salesmark, Total Accessories, Key Sales, and Next Gen Dallas. Each agency maintains its own leadership and regional focus, while benefiting from shared governance, resources, and a culture shaped by employee ownership.​
