FRED ROSENKAMPFF | CEO/CFO
Fred has been in the industry since day one of The Link in 1985. After a very successful career as a territory manager, he took the reins of CEO/President in 1999 and continues in this role today. Fred resides in Suwanee, GA with his wife Missy and they have three grown children and four grandchildren. Fred enjoys golf, tennis, skiing, watching sports (UGA football, Braves baseball), and cooking on his Big Green Egg. He especially loves spending time with the grandkids and visits to Santa Rosa, FL and Lake Hartwell, GA.
BRAD ROSENKAMPFF | CMO/CPO
Brad joined the company in 1988 and moved to Atlanta after 14 high-performing years of territory sales in North Carolina and coastal SC. Brad is the father of 4 boys (3 are grown) and lives in Johns Creek, GA. He and his wife, Denise, love family time and travel, especially to Sea Island, GA and Charleston, SC. Brad enjoys all sports (anything UNC Tar Heels-he’s an alum), movies, a good sermon, and pizza...lots of pizza. He is a singer/songwriter with a passion for writing/recording and his music can be found on all streaming platforms.
FRED BALLARD | PRESIDENT
Fred has experienced great success at The Link, thriving in various management roles after his time as a territory manager in upstate SC. He is the implementor of the Link’s EOS platform for business and leads the team in daily/weekly/quarterly meetings. Fred loves his work but also loves the challenge of a good mountain bike trail. He and Ellen live in Peachtree Corners and have two grown children. Fred enjoys college football (specifically UGA football) and UNC basketball (his alma mater). When not biking, he's grilling, golfing, and checking out the local music scene.

BOB WATSON | SENIOR VP, SYSTEMS & FINANCE
Originally from the New England area, Bob started in Link Management in 2013. He has worked in various capacities and is the resident “jack of all trades” every company needs. Bob is an industry veteran with significant experience in sales, manufacturing, importing, and management. He’s served on several industry boards, was named a “Mover & Shaker” by Gifts & Dec Magazine, and is currently the President of GHTA (Gift & Home Trade Association). Bob and his wife, Bethany, live with their 3 very active school-age boys in Suwanee, GA. The entire family loves doing anything and everything outdoors
MATT POPE | SENIOR VP, PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT
Matt (the guy always in a suit!) is an extraordinary salesman and loves working with the Link team to help cultivate talent. He was a “road warrior” for many years in TN, moved into management, and now is part of the leadership team. Matt and wife Lisha recently located to Suwanee, GA after living in Franklin, TN for 30 years. They have 3 grown children. Matt is a proud Vanderbilt alum and follows his beloved Commodores closely. When he's not working, Matt enjoys watching basketball, reading a good book, and a challenging game or puzzle.
KELLY ZAPER | SENIOR VP OF VENDOR PARTNERSHIPS & KEY SALES
Kelly has been entrenched in the gift/home industry for 28 years. She resides in Southern California and Florida with her husband Doug. Kelly is constantly on the go but when she is not attending shows, working with her team, or expanding our vendor base she likes hiking and spending time outdoors. When football season rolls around you’ll find her glued to a TV watching the OSU Buckeyes and The Cleveland Browns. Kelly and Doug have seven grown children and three grandchildren keeping them very busy.
NINA PATRICK | COMPTROLLER
Nina started with The Link in 1994. Having literally lived all over the world, she has resided in East Point, Ga for nearly 30 years. Married to a retired policeman, Nina has two grown children and two grandkids that she’d be happy to tell you about. When escaping from looking over the daily numbers, she enjoys a nice walk, is an avid movie buff (a tremendous DVD collection!), and loves a challenging puzzle. Nina is a huge Star Wars fan. Visit her office and you'll quickly see that Yoda provides a lot of "inspiration."
SALES
JOSH CAMPBELL | SENIOR VP OF SALES
After a successful 8 year run as a territory manager in North Florida, Josh moved to Atlanta in 2011 to run the Link 2 Sales agency and is now SVP over all Link Companies agencies. He and wife Adrienne have 2 young boys and live in Jefferson GA. Josh’s idea of a perfect day (after big sales of course!) is spending time with friends and family while presiding over a great, home-cooked meal that he’s prepared. Josh is quite the cook! A former basketball standout, he enjoys watching anything hoops-related, when not playing Lego or reading with his boys.
AARON HERNANDEZ | VP SALES, LINK 2 SALES
Aaron joined the company in 2012, taking over Josh’s North Florida territory. He did an amazing job on the road and was promoted to Link Management in 2020. Aaron and his wife, Alexandria, recently moved to Buford, GA. They have 2 young children and are constantly on the go, especially to a soccer venue. Aaron loves family time, watching all sports (soccer and basketball are tops), and never misses a good concert. He is quite the cologne connoisseur and has a strong shoe game.
KRISTIN LONG | VP SALES, THE SOUTHERN LINK
Kristin grew up around the industry, the youngest in the Rosenkampff family. She joined The Link Companies after a prominent career in medical sales and was a very successful territory manager for seven years in The Southern Link. She now leads The Southern Link team while maintaining select accounts. She and her husband, Finlay, live in Franklin, TN, and have four children. Kristin enjoys time with her extremely active family. She is the consummate volunteer and works with several organizations, her favorite being Young Life. She’s passionate about UNC sports (she’s an alum) and traveling.
DAVID NELSON | VP SALES, THE CENTRAL LINK
David has worked in the gift industry since 1990 and has managed salespeople in very high-profile companies. His strength is partnering with the sales team, vendors, and retailers to ensure their success. Hailing from southern Indiana, David leads The Central Link sales team. He has been married to Lisa for 31 years and they both love to spoil their rescue dogs and cats. Sailing, fishing, or anything that leads to the water’s edge are David’s recreational passions. Ask him about his wonderful horse farm getaway in Florida.
DREW WEISINGER | VP SALES, THE NORTHERN LINK
With a lot of years in the industry, Drew likes to say he’s been around “since they opened the doors.” Always maintaining a positive stance helps Drew lead The Northern Link after having co-managed Nova Sales for more than 38 years as the agency principle. He simply never tires of working with retailers. Drew, happily married for 41 years to Wendy, resides in West Hartford, CT, and is the father of a grown daughter and a proud grandfather to Silas, who lives with he and Wendy. Drew enjoys entertaining at their backyard pool. He'll write you a good poem too!
PHIL WACKS | VP OPERATIONS, THE NORTHERN LINK
Along with his long-time business partner, Drew, Phil co-manages the Northern Link. He is an industry veteran who has “seen and heard it all.” Utilizing his relational skills, he helps guide the sales team, as he did for 38 years with Nova Sales. Phil is a die-hard Patriots, Red Sox, and Boston sports fan. He is married to Vicki, and they have two grown daughters and two grandchildren. Phil and Vicki reside in Enfield, CT, and love a good beach and hagning with the grandkids.
COURTNEY MILLER | VP SALES, THE MID-ATLANTIC LINK
Courtney has been in the industry for 16 years, working in sales and management for a very well-known manufacturer. She joined the TMA Link in 2021 and now leads the team. She and her husband John have 5 children in their family (3 are grown) and reside in Morgantown, PA. Courtney loves being outdoors and you'll find here near a pool in summer. She is an accomplished decorative cookie baker and finds this hobby to be extremely therapeutic. Her cookies are amazing!
PAUL WHITTEKER | VP SALES, THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN LINK
Paul, born in Las Vegas, has been in the industry for eight years as a high performing salesperson. He still works with customers in Northern Utah while leading the Rocky Mountain Link group. He has worn several hats in the workplace and managed people in the entertainment world in a “previous life.” Paul lives in Logan, UT with his wife Kezia. They have four children and four grandchildren they adore. Outside of time with family, he enjoys cooking, especially outdoor cooking. He’s even taught classes on Dutch Oven cooking. Paul stays fit with road cycling and has competed in several races in recent years.
