How To: Sign Up to Shop Our Online Marketplace

The Link Companies online marketplace is now powered by MarketTime!

MarketTime is used by other agencies and suppliers, so you only have to remember one username and password when shopping on any MarketTime-powered marketplace.

GOOD TO KNOW: When you shop online with us, your local area rep is still receiving commissions on products you purchase, unlike those other major sites! 😁

Let's get started!

Visit www.thelinkcompanies.com and click the "Shop Now" button at the top of the web page.

You have now arrived at our MarketTime online marketplace!

• First, you'll need to complete a Buyer Registration form. Click Signup on either spot on the homepage of our online marketplace.

  • You will be considered a "New Buyer" even if you already bought with The Link Companies in our showroom or with a sales rep.

• Complete the Buyer Registration form and click Submit Registration once all required fields are filled.

• After completion, most Link customers will receive an auto-approval email from MarketTime confirming the request has been received and you're ready to shop.

  • The sender email address will be portal@markettime.com

  • Occasionally, requests need to be reviewed with the customer service team if there is no customer match in our database, and those are handled within one business day.

After completing the steps, you can now log in to shop at thelinkcompanies.markettime.com

Your dedicated sales rep and The Link Companies support staff will process your online orders and send them to the appropriate vendors. Please include payment information on all online orders!
