This summer, we set a goal with a purpose: if our team logged 1,500 summer appointments, we would donate $7,500 to Heart on Main Street.
Thanks to the retailers who made time to meet with us this season, in our showrooms and on the road, and the teamwork behind every appointment, we were proud to meet that goal. During Dallas Total Home & Gift Market, we presented a $7,500 donation to Heart on Main Street in support of their ongoing work with independent retailers.

Heart on Main Street supports independent retailers through disaster relief, educational programming, recovery resources, and initiatives that help Main Street businesses navigate challenges and continue serving their communities.
“This donation is really a celebration of our retailers and our team,” said Brad Rosenkampff, CMO/CPO of The Link Companies. “Every summer appointment represents a retailer making time to plan ahead and a member of our team showing up to serve them well. We are proud to turn that collective effort into support for Heart on Main Street and the important work they do for independent retailers.”
The presentation was a meaningful reminder of what can happen when our retailers and team come together around a shared goal.
Patrick Keiser, Executive Director of Heart on Main Street, shared his appreciation for the continued partnership. “The Link Companies has been an incredible advocate for independent retailers and for the work we do at Heart on Main Street. Their commitment goes beyond financial support. They understand the challenges retailers face and consistently step forward to help strengthen our industry. Partnerships like this allow us to provide critical assistance when disaster strikes, offer valuable educational opportunities, and ensure independent retailers have the support they need to succeed. We are grateful for The Link Companies’ continued investment in the future of Main Street.”
Thank you to every retailer who made time to meet with us this summer and to every team member who helped make this goal possible. Together, 1,500 appointments became $7,500 in meaningful support for Heart on Main Street and the independent retailers at the heart of our industry.
