The Link Companies Honored with 75th Anniversary Diamond Excellence Award

This past week at the 75th Retailer Excellence Awards in Dallas, The Link Companies was honored with the special 75th Anniversary Diamond Excellence Award for Top Sales Agency, presented by Gifts & Decorative Accessories.

Created as a one-time-only recognition, the Diamond Excellence Awards honored standout manufacturers, retailers, sales rep agencies, and influencers who have helped propel the gift and home industry forward over the last 75 years. To be recognized as one of only three sales agencies in this category is both humbling and deeply meaningful.

The award was accepted on behalf of The Link Companies by Brad Rosenkampff, CMO/CPO, alongside fellow sales agency honorees Doug Cofiell of Ivystone Group LLC and J. Wesley Hardin Sr. of Diverse Companies. Several Link leaders, teammates, and vendor partners were also in attendance to celebrate the special evening.

This award belongs to our incredible sales representatives, dedicated staff, employee-owners, retail partners, vendors, and the hundreds of people and families who have been part of The Link Companies over the past 41 years. Their passion, hard work, and P3 commitment — positive, professional, and productive — have helped shape who we are today.

We are especially grateful for the leadership and vision of Fred Rosenkampff, Sr., who started it all, and for every person who has carried that legacy forward.

During his remarks, Brad shared something that makes this industry unlike any other: love. There is a genuine care for one another here, reflected in the relationships between retailers, suppliers, and sales agencies. These relationships are built on trust, friendship, and a shared desire to help one another succeed. That spirit is what has made this industry so special for generations, and we are grateful to be part of it.
