As part of our continued investment in key markets and commitment to serving independent retailers, we’re expanding our presence at Dallas Market Center with a new showroom in the Trade Mart.

This expansion includes taking over the former DEMDACO space in TM 1418, adding approximately 6,500 square feet and bringing our total footprint to 27,000 square feet across three showrooms—TM 1028, 1418, and 2040.

As part of this transition, brands previously located in TM 1030 will be consolidated into our expanded footprint, creating a more streamlined and cohesive shopping experience. For retailers, that means easier navigation, more discovery, and more connection across all three spaces.

The new TM 1418 showroom will feature key vendor partners, including Enesco and Regal Art & Gift, with additional line announcements to follow.

“This expansion and deeper investment in our marketplace builds upon the legacy of NextGen Dallas' while signaling the strength and vision of The Link Companies," said Cindy Morris, president and CEO of Dallas Market Center. "Together, we are committed to enhancing the buyer experience as we welcome more retailers from the central and western U.S. to Dallas."

“This expansion is a natural next step for NextGen Dallas as we continue to invest in the market and the relationships that drive it. Buyers have long known us as ‘the showroom with the staircase,’ and now we’re able to build on that identity with a more cohesive, elevated experience across all three showrooms,” said Kim Pounds, President of NextGen Dallas.

We’ll be celebrating this expansion with a ribbon cutting during the June Total Home & Gift Market, taking place June 23–30. Retailers are invited to be among the first to explore the new space and experience all three showrooms during market.
